The Engineering & Construction Department (E&C) is responsible for the smooth, timely and safe execution of the projects under construction.
The team undertakes a wide range of responsibilities that include detailed planning of each project and supervision of site operations, ensuring health standards and strict quality control throughout the project’s life cycle.
Also, the team is responsible for preparing the budget of each project, ensuring proper management of resources.
Finally, the team is responsible for the effective coordination with all stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, authorities, inspectors, and internal company departments like procurement, finance, and legal, fostering collaboration and synergy during all project phases.
