MORE has 1.7 GW of new projects under development, which are at different stages of licensing maturity, getting even closer to reaching the 2.0 GW installed capacity target for 2030.

MORE’s Development and Licensing Department directs, evaluates, develops and supervises the planning of new renewable and sustainable energy projects.

On a daily basis, More’s Development and Licensing team manages the overall under development portfolio of existing and new wind farms, photovoltaic, hydroelectric and battery storage projects, ensuring optimal planning that can be implemented within the deadlines set to achieve the company’s objectives.

Furthermore, it evaluates and coordinates the development of new energy-efficient projects, with optimal environmental and energy sustainability, in accordance with current regulations and in cooperation with all relevant departments of the company.

It also directs and supervises the technical and economic design of projects under development, while considering permitting and the construction risks that may arise.

It manages the licensing process at all stages of project maturity, resolving all issues that will arise from the relevant permitting authorities and local stakeholders, bringing projects in line with the relevant legislative reforms and accelerating the relevant processes to achieve strict milestones.

Also, the team monitors all regulatory provisions, submits new proposals for optimal project development planning, participates in public consultations and follows all relevant developments within the set deadlines.
